In 1978 Mr. Wayne Villavaso moved to South Florida from New Orleans. Mr. Villavaso received his Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from Louisiana State University and is a member of the American Society of Landscape Architects and the Urban Land Institute.

Mr. Villavaso brings more than 28 years of South Florida professional experience to each project. He is a Registered Landscape Architect in Florida, North Carolina and New York and has been practicing Land Planning since 1981 and Landscape Contracting since 1985.

Mr. Villavaso has worked with owners, developers, designers, and contractors to design and/or install projects throughout Florida and the United States. His knowledge and experience of landscape material availability and costs has served his clients very well, as well as the project’s present and future needs. Mr. Villavaso takes great pride in working closely with his clients to design for their unique needs within specified budgets, while maintaining quality and superior workmanship in the finished project.

Mr. Villavaso has also been actively involved with various community service organizations and municipal boards and committees. He has been a member of the West Palm Beach Downtown Action Committee from 1997 until 2000, as well as a member of the West Palm Beach Historic Preservation Board from 1994 until 1998. He also served on the Beautification Committee for the City of West Palm Beach from 1995 until 1998, and is presently a member of the Board of Trustees for the Ann Norton Sculpture Garden and is the Vice Chairman of the Planning Board for the City of West Palm Beach since 2000.
